Admit to yourself that some of your current emotions are not healthy for you and that change is the only solution.
Write down the emotions that are affecting you negatively.

Step 3:
Take a deep breath and focus.What emotion, deep in your core is stopping you from being successful?
Identify your trigger factors. What causes you stress, makes you angry and depressed?
Can they be changed? If you ignore the factors, will they go away? What needs to change, so that you can handle them?
If your trigger factors cause you great distress, please get help. Find people that specialise in that field of expertise and your recovery will be far quicker. Stressors include bereavement, relationships, family, career, injury or illness, moving house or a new environment, financial pressure or your appearance.
