Step 2 and 3

Easter is just around the corner and before we realise the time of year, it will be summer and time to expose our bodies again after being covered up in baggy winter jerseys. Get back on track by following these easy steps.
  Step 2:
Admit to yourself that some of your current emotions are not healthy for you and that change is the only solution.
Write down the emotions that are affecting you negatively.

Anxiety
Faith
Love
Respect
Ambition
Fear
Loyalty
Responsibility
Bitterness
Greed
Lust
Sadism
Boredom
Guilt
Masochism
Selfishness
Conformity
Hate
Pity
Shyness
Cowardice
Hope
Prejudice
Sloth
Envy
Jealously
Prestige
Stubbornness
Excitement
Kindness
Pride
Vanity

What changes are you going to make to have a positive outcome?

Step 3:
Take a deep breath and focus.
What emotion, deep in your core is stopping you from being successful?
Identify your trigger factors. What causes you stress, makes you angry and depressed?
Can they be changed? If you ignore the factors, will they go away? What needs to change, so that you can handle them?

If your trigger factors cause you great distress, please get help. Find people that specialise in that field of expertise and your recovery will be far quicker. Stressors include bereavement, relationships, family, career, injury or illness, moving house or a new environment, financial pressure or your appearance.
